Jhuliana & Erron’s 10-Year Vow Renewal

A sun-soaked garden celebration in Bolton-le-Sands

There are some days that feel quietly magical from the very beginning—and Jhuliana & Erron’s 10-year vow renewal was exactly that.

Set in the height of July, we were blessed with the kind of golden sunshine that makes everything feel a little softer, a little slower… almost as though we’d been transported somewhere Mediterranean. The light danced through the trees, apples hung heavy on the branches, and there was a sense of warmth that went far beyond the weather.

The day began at Holy Trinity Church, just a stone’s throw from Jhuliana’s mum’s home. It felt deeply personal—intimate in a way only a vow renewal can be. There’s something so special about choosing to stand together again, ten years on, and say yes all over again.

Jhuliana looked effortlessly beautiful, having done her own make-up (which somehow made it feel even more meaningful), with her hair styled by Tracey Tennant. Erron, beside her, carried that quiet, steady joy you often see in couples who have already built a life together—there’s history in their smiles, and it shows.

After the ceremony, everyone wandered back to the family home, where the loveliest garden party awaited. It was one of those settings you can’t quite replicate—a home filled with memories, laughter drifting through the air, children playing, glasses clinking, and guests gathered under soft shade.

The garden itself felt like an extension of the celebration—lush, relaxed, and full of life. A white canopy nestled amongst the greenery, floral details by In the Meadow Floral Design added bursts of colour, and thoughtful signage by Bluebell Celebrations tied everything together beautifully.

What I loved most was how unhurried it all felt.

There was no rush, no rigid timeline—just space to be present. To hug a little longer. To laugh freely. To watch children twirl in dresses and wander barefoot on the grass. These are the moments that matter, and the ones I’m always drawn to document.

As someone who doesn’t photograph many weddings, and for whom this was a first vow renewal, I felt incredibly honoured to be part of it. Days like this remind me that weddings (and renewals) don’t have to be grand or elaborate to be meaningful—they just need to feel like you.

Jhuliana & Erron’s day was full of heart, connection, and quiet joy. A celebration not just of where they began, but everything they’ve built together since.

And what a beautiful thing that is.
